Everything that is in the box looks perfect and new.  However I don't see any shelves in there.  I will call and see if I can get replacements so my customer doesn't have to fool with it.

My "free shipping" is for the lower 48 states to a UPS deliverable address.  I am more than happy to ship to HI, AK, PR and territories, just be aware there may be a small upcharge since "ground" costs to those locations are much higher.   Sometimes PO box / usps only shipments can be higher as well.
