Description
New replacement motor, switch, and power cord for HomeBasix LF-20 20" Fan.  Also replaces motors for some Craftsman 20" fans and also Comfort Zone CZHV20B.  Brand new take off.  Shaft is 12mm diameter and about 30mm long.  Motor mounting flange is 6" diameter.  Bolt pattern is four bolts and about 4" side to side and 5-1/2" diagonal.  It also includes a 3-bolt pattern holes.  See pictures for more details.

You are responsible for all duties, customs fees, and taxes.
To ensure safe & timely arrival, I ship USPS priority mail international for most items.  Some small items that are both small and under 4 pounds may be able to be shipped First Class international.  Insurance is included in Priority mail.  Insurance is not available for First Class.
I charge actual shipping cost plus a .00 handling fee for international packages.

Generally most items get shipped within 1 business day of payment being received.  I ship most small lighter items USPS Priority Mail, or First Class mail.  Heavier items, larger items, more fragile, and items of higher value are shipped FedEx or UPS.  I reserve the right to decide which method of shipping is best.   In some cases I may choose to upgrade shipping from Ground to Priority Mail.  I carefully package and secure items when packaging them.
